In case of a general error in a broadcast or problem with a video, we will always try to communicate this as soon as possible, usually by displaying a message in the player itself.

Lag or freezes in a live stream
A live broadcast that lags or freezes is usually due to a bad internet connection, the bandwidth is too bad from where the content is broadcasted, your own internet connection, or somewhere on the way between our streaming server and the device you are using.
Video playback problems
A video that lags or freezes is usually due to a bad internet connection on the users end. In that case, we recommend to lower the quality of the video, which you do via the gear icon in the player, provided you are watching on a computer or Android device, in iOS devices the switch cannot not be made manually.
Lower the quality of a live broadcast
Some live broadcasts are using adaptive bandwidth, which means that it is available in several different qualities. Live broadcasts with adaptive bandwidth, have a gear icon in the player where you can choose quality on the broadcast. If the player have no gear icon, the broadcast is only available in one quality, and cannot be adjusted.
What can affect your bandwidth?
Everything connected to the Internet on the same internet connection shares the total bandwidth, partly on the Internet, but also on your internal (local) network. If you experience problems with watching a live broadcast, ensure that the internet connection is not used by others on the same network for example streaming other video content or playing online games, such as gaming consoles or computers. If so, close/disconnect those streams, programs, or devices and try again.
Is your connection fast enough?
You can test your connection at Speedtest.net (remeber to change to a server in Sweden). We recommend at least 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload to be able to receive a good quality live broadcast. However, there is no guarantee that a broadcast will work as Speedtest.net does not measure the streaming server you are viewing from, instead measuring across multiple measurement points on the Internet.
Do you have any problems with the sound?
If you experience the sound echoing, make sure you do not have two windows / tabs that both show the same video / broadcast. If you do not get any sound at all, make sure your computer is playing audio by listening to another file (audio / video) in a media player.
Could it work better in another browser?
In many cases, upgrading your web browser or changing browser may be the solution to many issues.
Below are links to the most common web browsers:
- Microsoft Edge (NOTE: Only Works in Microsoft Windows)
- Safari (NOTE: Only works in Mac OS X)
- Internet Explorer (Note! Only works in Microsoft Windows)
Do you watch directly in the browser on your TV?
Some models and software do not always support live streaming, so if you do not get the live stream working, contact our support with information about which brand and model it does not work on, for example: (Samsung 55 "NU7445 - UE55NU7445UXXC) and we can try to see if there is anything we can do to make it work.
Have you tried another device?
If nothing of the above fixes your problem, try another computer, mobile or tablet if you have that opportunity.
